yes but can easily be ported for cod 4 and i havnt seen much stuff on here for waw anyway

nice weapons but who scripted the thundergun because there is no credits for it?

And i am not sure if you can post this is this part due to because it is the cod 4 custom models not waw but i am not sure.

@damonbk when these bo1 weapons are finished my plans are to do do bo2 weapons after bo1 (i'm already close to finishing bo1 weapons)

What do i put in my mod csv to get the thundergun working? I added the map script file and added the line to my zombiemode. The weapon fires but no damage is done.

make shur you have this in _zombiemode.gsc
maps\_zombiemode_weap_thundergun::init();

underneath this:
maps\_zombiemode_auto_turret::init();

also the script needs to be in your mods folder as well and ticked in mod.csv also make sure you have included the weapon in dlc3_code.gsc

script file goes in a folder in your mods folder called "maps"

i did everything u said and the thundergun still only fires without running the script, i did a debug and i found that none of the script is run ever such as when weapon is fired
please help

ok iv'e found out what is wrong and why the script isn't working with the thundergun:::

open this:
zombiemode_weap_thundergun


look for this:
if( ( currentweapon == "thundergun_test" ) (its near top of script file)

see where it says "thundergun_test" change it to "thundergun"

Do you know how to fix some of the textures? The m14 for example is all grey instead of orange in some parts?

Hi zombie, ive dragged all files into raw, placed sound ,soundali and weapon in my mod /maps. called the wep and sounds and xanims in mod.csv , added lsat to my map . I c an see it in radiant and is a weapon file when I press n, it is called weapon_saw_mp but it is invisible in game and I cant pick it up either . can you help? thanks

but the weapons need to go in you mod like this
mods/mapname/weapons/sp

also you will need to ad the weapon to _zombiemode_weapons.gsc and dlc3_code.gsc
also you might want to call the xmodel in mod.csv as well and make sure the weapon file is ticked and make sure the sounds are ticked as well along with the images you need them in you're

mods/mapname/images

sorted it , was my mistake . I started to port but my weapons are coming out like these with just a metal texture on them, can anyone let me know why this is?

if so it tends to look better my eyes but you can always edit the iwi file in photoshop or what ever

its ok and yes i can get the other wonder weapons from DLC and what not but its finding someone to script them that's was the main problem for me as i can not script to save my life. i did these weapons because someone else did them but they were messed up and the guy didn't fix anything so i took the liberty of re-doing them and giving people close to perfect ports

no, people will notice it and complain about it i make maps as well so i don't want to get myself kicked off the only site left plus i asked someone if i could use the crossbow script and they said no its fine tho because i will get them update is getting released tommorow as promissed

pretty much the same as waw except with the sp folder for weapons put mp and edit the alieas (csv) as the one provided is for cod 5 and launcher for cod 4 should state what to do next for example it you get a viewmodel or world model error's just delete the first letter from both or something like that im not 100% sure coz i dont deal with cod 4 i deal with cod 5 but i think the only difference is the sp folder to mp and the csv (alieas) not too sure tho

sorry to be a complete newbie but once i have unzipped the gun into raw folder, what next what scripst do i edit, what files go in the mod folder, or can somebody link me to a tutorial for WAW. because im completely lost (first zombie map) also another stupid question, but what do i need to make the PAP version of the gun?
